Personal information we collect
This site does not ask for your name, your email, or a payment. There is no account to open and no form to fill in. Bhargav Tibadiya publishes it from Surat, India, at bhargavtibadiya.com.
A visit can leave two technical traces, and nothing else. The host may keep a short connection log. Once measurement is switched on, Google Analytics may receive a usage record. Those traces are not bought from anyone else, and they are not joined to your name.
Google Analytics is not installed on 27 October 2026. The rest of this notice describes the record it will receive on the day it is added, so the page does not have to be rewritten that morning.

Log data from the server
The machine that sends the page may note the ordinary facts of the request: the IP address, the time, the page address, the browser, and the operating system.
That note exists so the page can load and so a fault can be found. It is not a profile, and it is not copied into a private archive. It ages out on the host's usual schedule.
Collection and use of a visit
A page is sent because you asked for it. The technical details are used to deliver the site, keep it reliable, and see which projects are actually read.
They are not used to sell you a service, to score you, or to pass a marketing profile to anyone else. Google Analytics, from Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited, can receive the page address, the time, roughly how long the page stayed open, the referrer, the device, the browser, and an approximate place derived from the IP address. Google says Analytics 4 does not store the full IP address. Advertising features and remarketing stay off. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
If another measurement tool is chosen instead, this notice will name it before that tool is turned on.

Security of stored records
Pages travel over HTTPS. There is no visitor database on this site. Analytics data, when it exists, stays in Google Analytics.
No way of sending information is perfectly secure. The practical protection is to collect little and to keep it off your name. Google may process analytics data in the United States and in other countries where Google operates. Hosting logs stay with the host. If a breach has to be announced, the note will be posted on this page, because no email address is held for visitors.
Changes to this notice
The words on this page are the current notice. The date under the opening line is the date of this version.
The page is updated when the site changes, when Google Analytics is added or removed, or when the law changes. A new use that needs fresh permission is asked for before it starts. There is no mailing list to announce an edit, because the site does not collect email addresses.
Your rights over this information
You can refuse measurement and still read every page. Blocking the analytics cookies, or withholding consent where consent is required, does not hide any work.
You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. A Global Privacy Control signal from the browser will be treated as a refusal once measurement is on.
Depending on where you live, you may ask what is held, ask for a correction or a deletion, and complain to a regulator. This notice is written for India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the GDPR, the UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act. If more than one could apply, the stronger protection is the one that is followed. The site is not aimed at children. If a child's information has been collected, it will be deleted.

How long records are kept
When a detail is no longer needed for the reason it was collected, it is deleted, or the parts that can identify you are removed.
Server logs follow the host's ordinary timetable. Google Analytics event data will be kept for the shortest period Google offers on a standard property. On the date of this notice, that period is two months. Clearing the analytics cookies removes the identifier in the browser. If you can share the client identifier from the _ga cookie, a deletion request can be passed to Google for it.
How to contact Bhargav
A question about this notice comes to the person who publishes the site. There is no separate privacy desk.
Write through a profile already linked on this site: X (Twitter), LinkedIn, GitHub, and Upwork. Say what you are asking for. If it is about analytics, include the identifier from the _ga cookie when you still have it. A reply comes within 30 days, or sooner when the law sets a shorter time.
